Summary: We stayed at this property for a month. For most of the month it was just my husband and I, but some family came and stayed for a week. The location is great. It is near the airport and the beautiful sandy beaches of the north. The Matsuyama market is nearby for quick items and the big grocery stores are only a short fifteen drive away. The neighborhood is quiet, and the property is surrounded by trees and very private. The kitchen is very well stocked, and we ate most of our meals at the house. The house was very well stocked with paper products and soaps. It was very convenient that we had access to beach chairs and umbrellas. The host was very responsive. The sunset views were amazing, and the pool was so nice to have when not at the beach. We were working online while here and we never had an issue with the internet. There was a tsunami warning here, and we did not have to worry because the place up high past the tsunami zone. The high elevation also makes it cooler and more refreshing during the day and night. I highly recommend this place for people who are looking for beautiful, relaxing experience on the Big Island!!
